Combating Spam - How it affects our users

Here at gkurl.us we are dedicated to providing a service to our users.

However, this does not mean that we will let spam accounts and submissions through. All link submissions will be monitored for abuse and spam. Links will be removed at our discretion, as accordance with our Terms of Service. Limits are in place to limit anonymous users to 5 submissions within 30 minutes. If this is detrimental to you, please create an account on the left. You can also use our API to integrate our service into apps or programs that you use on your computer such as Tweetdeck. Accessing through an API key lets you submit more often and less susceptable to our limits. Please also stay up to date with the new API, as the old API is frequently down due to spam submissions and the like.
